What Personal Information about Users do we gather
When you visit our site klubklub.co.uk, we automatically collect information about you and your use of the site. This information could be the type of browser you are using, the search terms you are using on the site, your IP address including your network location and information about your device.
The purpose is to optimize the shopping experience and the the function of the site as well as targeted marketing as retargeting campaigns on Facebook, Instagra, Ecomstack.io and Google. This processing of information is necessary to improve our website and showing you relevant offers and products. When you complete an order, or otherwise communicates with us we collec the information you provide such as your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, payment, information about the products, shipping information and you IP address including your network location.The purpose is to deliver the products you bought and fulfill our agreement including managing your return rights. We also gather and process this information to comply with legal requirements including accounting. Upon purchase, the IP address is collected to prevent fraud. When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect information as your name, e-mail address, sex and in some cases your phone numberThe purpose is to take care of our interest in delivering newsletters to you. Recipients of Personal Information
Information such as your name, address, e-mail address, order number and you delivery request are shared with GLS, who takes care of all deliveries. In case of a purchase of non-stocked goods, the said information may be disclosed to the manufacturer or the seller of the product concerned, which in such case will take delivery.
Information may be left to external partners that process the information on our behalf. We use external partners to include technical operations and website improvements, newsletters, targeted marketing, including retargeting, as well as your review of our company and products. For example, information about your name and your e-mail address are shared with TrustPilot so that we can send an invitation to review us on TrustPilot's website. If you choose to make a notification, TrustPilot becomes the data controller for the information provided. These companies are computer operators and under our instructions and process data for which we are data controllers. Data Processors may not use the information for any purpose other than fulfillment of the agreement with us, and are confidential about these. We have written data processing agreements with all data processing companies handling personal information on our behalf.
Two of these data providers, Google Analytics v / Google LLC. And Facebook Inc. is established in the United States. The necessary guarantees for the transfer of information to the United States are secured through the data processor's certification under the EU-US. Privacy Shield, cf. In order to provide tranparancy regarding the processing of your information, we as data controllers must inform you about your rights.
Your right of insight
You are at any time entitled to request information about, what information we have registered about you, the purpose of the registration, which categories of personal data and any recipients of the information there might be.
You are entitled to receive a copy of the personal information that we are processing about you. If you want a copy of your personal information, please send a written request to email@example.com. You may be asked to provide identification of who you are.
The right of correction
You are entitled to have us correct incorrect personal information about you. If you become aware, that the information we have about you is incorrect, we encourage you to contact us in writing so that the information can be corrected.
Information collected via your sign up to our customer club, can be corrected via login to your user profile.
The right of deleting information
In some cases, you have the right to have all or some of your personal information deleted by us, for example, if you revoke your consent and we do not have a different legal basis to continue processing. To the extent that continued processing of your information is necessary, for example, to comply with our legal obligations or for legal requirements to be established, enforced or defended, we are not required to delete your personal information.
The right to restrict processing and storage
You have in some cases right to restrict the processing of your personal information to storage only if you think the information we treat about you is incorrect.
The right to data portability
In some cases you have the right to receive a structured document commonly used and machine-readable format and has the right to transfer this information to another data controller.
The right of objection
You have at all time right to object to our processing of your personal data for direct marketing including the profiling made to target our direct marketing.
In addition, you may at any time, for reasons relating to your personal situation, object to the processing of your personal information, which we make based on our legitimate interests, cf. section. 2.1 and 2.3.
The right to revoke consent

The right to complain
You are entitled at any time to file a complaint with Datatilsynet, Borgergade 28, 5, 1300 Copenhagen K, about our processing of your personal information. Complaints may, among other things, be submitted to mail email@example.com or telephone +45 33 19 32 00.
Deleting personal information
Information collected of your use of the website cf. Section 2.1 will be deleted after 1 year of you not using the website.
Information gathered with signup for our newsletter will be deleted when you revoke your consent for receiving our newsletter unless we have other basis for processing the information.
Information collected with a purchase made on the website, cf. section 2.2 will in theory be deleted after 3 years at the end of the calendar year you made your purchase. However information may be stored for a longer period of time if we have a legitimate need for a longer storage time. This could be in case of legal requirements to be established, enforced or defended or if storage is necessary for us to comply with legal requirements. Accounting materials are kept for 5 years to the end of a financial year to comply with the requirements of the Accounting Act.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational safeguards against the personal or illegal destruction, loss, change or deterioration of personal data and against the misuse or misuse of such information.
Only employees who have a real need to access your personal information to perform their work have access to them.
Changes in the personal data policy
If any changes are made to the persona data policy, you will be informed about this at you next visit on the website.
