Membership in general

Klubklub is a member’s only subscription site, which provides large discounts on well-known hair care brands, cosmetic brands and perfume brands. You become a member by completing an order.

To complete an order and become a member you must be over 18 years of age, which you are required to confirm at registration.

The membership has a 30-day free trial. After the free trial, the membership costs 8.99 £ per month. Your subscription fee is deducted every month until you terminate the membership. The membership can be terminated at all time by calling customer service at +44 203 5149819 or by sending an e-mail to hello@klubklub.co.uk

All prices shown are including tax. It is possible to see old orders when logged in under “My account”. On Klubklub.co.uk, it is only possible to order products via our website.

Membership terms and conditions

When you accept terms and conditions at Klubklub.co.uk, you allow Klubklub.co.uk to withdraw the stated membership fee periodically until the membership is terminated. 

You get a free trial for 30 days. There after it costs 8.99 £ per month.

After you complete an order on Klubklub.co.uk, you will receive a receipt via email that contains information regarding the subscriptions terms. Please note that previous orders can be found when you are logged onto klubklub.co.uk, under “My Orders”.


TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP AND THE LEGALLY BINDING PERIOD

You can terminate the subscription by yourself at anytime. The only exception is during the first 14 days of membership, within which your subscription is locked due to technical reasons. If you terminate your membership, you will still have access to it until it expires. After a membership has been terminated, money will not be withdrawn from your account unless you choose to reactivate your membership.

To terminate the membership log-in under ”My account”, press ”Your membership is active” and from here you are able to terminate the membership.

Your registration on klubklub.co.uk is legally binding from the moment you make your first order and thereby activate your membership.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CARD HOLDER

Your registration on klubklub.co.uk is legally binding from the moment you make your first order and thereby activate your membership. By accepting terms and conditions, you also accept the creation of membership.

As a member of klubklub.co.uk and a cardholder, you are required to pay for your membership period and consequent subscription withdrawals, until you cancel your subscription and or membership. The first month is free.

 

PROCEDURE FOR SUBSCRIPTION WITHDRAWALS

Your membership on klubklub.co.uk is automatically renewed so that you always has access to it. After the first 30 days of free membership, your subscription fee is 8.99 £ per month.

You can, at any time withdraw the acceptation of the subscription withdrawals by terminating your membership. All payments are to be made via Epay A/S with Bambora as card acquirers.

 

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Your klubklub.co.uk subscription is tied to a legally endorsed right to cancellation of 14 days. In practice, this means that your cancellation deadline expires 14 days after you have entered into an agreement with us. Your subscription takes effect when you complete an order on klubklub.co.uk.

Your right to cancellation is only active from the day you make a transaction on klubklub.co.uk and not from the commencement of monthly subscription payments.

RENEWAL OR DELETATION OF PAYMENT CARDS

If you wish to update or change the card information from where the subscription is withdrawn.

Please log in and press ”Your membership is active” or ”Please update payment”. From here you are able to update the card information.

If you wish to delete all information including access to previous orders, please send us an e-mail containing full name and number of reference. This number can be found when logged in under ”Your membership is active”


PAYMENTS

When ordering on klubklub.co.uk all payments are made online by credit card. You can pay online with the following cards: Dankort, VISA / Danmakort, eDankort, MasterCard, Maestro, VISA electon, and JBC.

All payment and card fees are included in the price and held by Klubklub ApS.

Order payments will be deducted when your order is shipped. There will never be withdrawn a larger amount that approved at the time of purchase.

All prices are listed incl. VAT.

 

Return policy

Klubklub.co.uk offers a cancellation policy of 30 days (the standard, legally endorsed policy is 14 days). This period is valid from the day you receive delivery of your purchased goods.

If you wish to return one or more purchased products let us know via email at hello@klubklub.co.uk (we reply within 1 weekday.)

It is not possible for you to cancel your order by refusing to accept delivery, unless you have given a clear articulation of your decision to cancel via email, hello@klubklub.co.uk


In the case of contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for returns due to health protection or hygiene reasons, the right to cancel ceases if the goods become unsealed after delivery.


RETURNING ONE OR MORE ITEMS

If you have purchased multiple items in one order, you have the option to return one or more items. Please note that you will not receive any shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.


RETURNING PRODUCTS

If you wish to return your order, please do so without undue delay (30 days at the latest after notifying us of your decision to return your purchase).

You are required to cover any expenses related to returned products. It is your responsibility to make sure that any products that are to be returned are securely packed.


THE CONDITIONS OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

Any depreciation in value related to product use that is improper or different from its intended use and function is paid for by the customer. In other words - you can try the product in the same way you would try it in a physical outlet.

However, if you damage the product through misuse or carelessness and seek reimbursement, you may end up receiving only a small part or none of the purchase price back if you return it, depending on the commercial value of the product(s) in question and the nature of the given incident.


REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE

If you cancel your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the money you paid us. In case of depreciation related to improper product use or carelessness, the purchase price is subtracted.

If you exercise your cancellation right, we refund all payments received, including any prepaid delivery expenses. However, additional expenses resulting from your own choice of delivery methods that differ from the cheapest standard delivery option that we offer, are not refunded. Payment is made without undue delay and under all circumstances, 30 days at the latest from the date on which we receive notice of your decision to cancel your purchase.

Refunds are issued in the same format as the original payment method. We reserve the right to withhold your refund until we have received the products that are to be returned, unless you can provide proper documentation to this effect.

In order to expedite the return process, please include a copy of your order confirmation in addition to the product(s) that you are returning. If you no longer have your order confirmation, you may also include the email address used when placing the order or the order number itself.

 

DELIVERY

Orders made on klubklub.co.uk are delivered by Hermes via DAO. The expected delivery time is 2-4 business days (after dispatch). Please note that Klubklub.co.uk only delivers to the United Kingdom mainland. Klubklub ApS is responsible for purchased products until they have been delivered.

All orders are dispatched every weekday if the order is placed before 4 pm.


YOUR RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

Klubklub ApS offers the standard legal complaints procedure, applicable for 24 months after delivery. This means that you can get your product repaired, exchanged, get your money back or receive a price reduction, depending on the situation in question. Your complaint must be valid, meaning that any faults cannot be the result of incorrect use of the product or destructive behavior. Note that for products with a limited lifespan, your right to complain is limited accordingly.


HOW QUICKLY SHOULD I FILE A COMPLAINT?

Contact us as soon as you notice a mistake or missing parts on and for a product that has been purchased on klubklub.co.uk.

This should happen as soon as possible or within a reasonable time period from the moment you notice that there is something wrong with your product.

File your complaint via hello@klubklub.co.uk, after which we will address the issue in question. Complaints are considered timely if they are filed within two months after product faults have been detected.

In case a product is faulty or missing parts and you wish to file a complaint, send the item in question to:

If your complaint is valid, we will refund your delivery expenses, so please remember to obtain a receipt. Note: We don’t accept packages sent by Cash on Delivery (COD). When you return a defective product, you are required to disclose the problem in as detailed of a manner as possible. In order to expedite the process, we also advise you to include additional identifying information such as an order number or an email address.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you register on klubklub.co.uk, your name, address, telephone number and email are stored in an electronic customer database that is only accessible to Klubklub employees. These personal details are saved so that we can deliver your orders and in accordance with accounting legislation, which dictates that material used in relation to transactions is to be stored for 5 years after the accounting year which it is valid for.

Before your personal information is saved on klubklub.co.uk, we make sure that your consent is given and that you know exactly which information is saved.
Customer information is always encrypted.

As an existing customer on klubklub.co.uk, you always have the right to revoke your registration.You also have the right to know which of your personal details we have registered. These rights are part of the data protection act.
